3 things we're excited to discuss at HLTH conference next week in Las Vegas
Next week, the Abra leadership team is thrilled to attend HLTH in Las Vegas from October 8th-11th.
On a call this week preparing for our attendance at the event, we reminisced on conversations at the ViVE event back in March and we were struck by how many valuable insights we took away from conversations that week.
With that said, here are three things we are excited to discuss at the upcoming event all while learning from the great and curious minds of our industry.
Our New Talent Web Portal
When we interviewed our talent users earlier this year, a web portal stood out as one of the most requested features. Users wanted to have access to Abra where they already spend most of their time - on their computer.
We built the Talent Web Portal to enable just that, making it easier than ever for talent users to match to work opportunities on Abra and by extension, for employers to connect with the right talent.
Now, talent users on Abra will have all of the same great features but with a larger screen and easy to use interface that they can access from any device.
Mobile app aficionados fear not though - talent users can now create and update their profile, access their matches, review opportunities, update availability and more from both the desktop portal and the mobile app.
Self-Service for Employers
This Summer, Abra introduced an intuitive self-service portal that simplifies the process of sharing opportunities on the platform.
With the self-service portal employers can:
- Access their Abra account from a user-friendly web interface
- Seamlessly post jobs from their own account
- Match to qualified Healthcare IT talent
- Chat with candidates directly, schedule interviews and more
The self-service portal streamlines the recruitment journey, saving employers time and resources while ensuring they're able to promptly connect with the talent they need.
While we still offer full concierge service for organizations that prefer our team to do the "in-platform" work, several employers on Abra have now onboarded their teams to the self-service portal through our complimentary team training.
Which brings me to the third thing we're excited to discuss...
A Recent Abra Case Study
An Abra client recently needed to hire a full epic team on a new implementation, and they needed to do it quickly.
When you build a platform like Abra, the best way to truly test how well it does what it's supposed to do is to stress-test it, so to speak.
In other words, put the technology to work with a high volume demand and see how it delivers.
Here's how Abra delivered when put to the test for this client...
A look ahead to next week...
There is so much value to bringing people into a room with a shared goal of solving big problems.
When curious minds are brought together in the right environment, meaningful insights have a compounding effect. That's why we're so looking forward to next week .
We are excited to gain insights from intentionally curated panels, to witness some of the newest innovations in the Healthcare Space, to check-out other startups using new ideas to solve big problems --- and most importantly, to learn from insightful conversations with colleagues and friends.
